Please describe your blog

My blog is for my first children's book. I also have links for writers or potential writers.

Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?

It is improtant for me the have my blog noticed as much as possible in order to promote my first book. I also enjoy posting things that may benefit someone.

What blogging platform do you do and why?

I'm not sure what is meant by this.

What do you blog the most about?

I mostly blog about my book and things associated with it. I like to include resourses that may be helpful.

What kind of blogs make you angry?

I don't care for blogs that use foul language, or that have sexual content. I find these very offensive.

Give five of your best blogging tips.

Be kind and thoughtful. Share things that may bless someone. We all need encouraging from time to time. Be open to suggestions.

What are some things you would NEVER blog about?

Personal things concerning my family.

Did you start blogging for the purpose of making money and if so, are you making enough money?

I bagan blogging for the exposure, which in turn will lead to the sell of my book.

How long have you been blogging?

I've only been blogging for about four or five months.

About how many hours per day do you spend blogging?

I can't give a definite answer on that. It all depends on my schedule. Somethimes two or three hours a day.

Do you track RSS feeds and if so, how many do you usually track daily?

No

Do you use Digg, and why or why not?

No, I don't know what that is.

Do you use Stumbleupon, and why or why not?

I'm not sure what you mean by that

What promotional techniques work best for you and why?

I visit a lot of schools, libraries, & bookstores. I've been intervied for local papers & t.v.

If you could post a blog on any blog in the world, which one would it be and why?

I have no idea. I am very new to this and have no clue

What mistakes have you made that you could warn others about?

I don't know of any. I've learned by trial an error. I may have made some, but not sure of any other way to do what I've done.

What are your top five blogging site picks and why?

Again, I'm new to the industry and have no idea. I just simply search and try to figure things out on my own.
