Has my blog been accepted or rejected?

I'm very confused. First, I entered a blog last week and have been awaiting response to see if my blog has been accepted, since I haven't seen or heard anything. Today when I log in, it says that my login is incorrect! What's going on?

Secondly, since I didn't receive any response in almost one week, I went to resubmit in another category (Pet health) and it just said rejected. I don't know what's going on, why, etc. My blog is legitimate, all cities and zips accurate, just have no idea why it's not being accepted.

Also, there is no way to email "Customer Service" that I can see.
