To be a positive influence for those considering the vegan lifestyle and to provide proper information on health, fitness and nutrition issues.

Currently about vegan nutrition and running.

No I didn't and no I'm not...
How long have you been blogging?
This blog since June 2009. Others have fallen by the wayside over the years as I tried to find the one thing that I could continue writing about over time.

If you could post a blog on any blog in the world, which one would it be and why?
The official blog of Timothy Ferriss! We share a lot of the same interests and he's (in my opinion) the Gretzky of the blogging world.
What are your top three blogging site picks and why?
1. Timothy Ferriss - a new way of looking at life. Every post is interesting. 2. Zen Habits - Leo is truly an amazing person. Very inspiring. 3. Steve Pavlina - Steve's a little different but I take away a lot of good from his very lengthy posts.
