Good for you for getting the word out. I love this interview and that she really does love helping others I think that's great.

I went to her blog and it is loaded with wonderful information for those of us with type 2 diabetes. She is an inspiration to all with it. She has lost over 80 pounds without a personal trainer or nutritionist.

Keep reaching for the stars Jill Knapp

I am a personal trainer in Beverly Hill's CA.

It is very rare to see someone with this much self motivation. My clients with diabetes really get down because they have so far to go. What I try to push into head that there is no magic pill. It is hard work taking off the weight we took so long putting on. Jill seems to make the statement if I can do it anyone can do it. It's true and she had a very simple basic plan. I applaud her dedication to taking off the weight. Look at her now. She looks HOT!!

I have type 2 diabetes and it is just so good to hear a up beat word on how she went about losing that much weight. It was not over night but she never got down about it. I love the article on her blog about feeding out emotions. So true! I know I do it.

She will do great in the Mrs. Idaho Pageant.

This is a really good lady. I have seen her articles around. I like the way she is taken something she did good for herself and sharing it with the world.

Selfless and has compassion to see her message get's heard.

Comment #7 Sandra (Again) at 01/19/09 21:07
I just saw on her blog that she is running for Mrs. Idaho.

I think that is great! She will do good.

She does have a great message to share.

We share the same last name

That's great news. I read your reason for running in the pageant and I commend you.

Mrs. Idaho should be someone with a voice and it looks like you are already helping others.

Good Luck Jill
