Welcome to the West Coast Bias Sports Blog, where it’s all West Coast all the time. The West Coast Bias Sports Blog is based out of San Luis Obispo, Calif., located halfway between Los Angeles and the Bay Area. This All-Star cast of West Coast Bias Sports Blog contributors has unique takes on the SoCal and NorCal professional and collegiate sports scenes as well as what’s going on in the Pacific Northwest over to the Midwest. In short, the West Coast Sports Blog is a must-read Weblog produced by West Coast sports fans for West Coast sports fans. Only this blog covers it all out West, with occasional jabs out East. From the Lakers’ sweep of the Denver Nuggets (Is there really a ‘D’ in Denver?), to the Oakland Raiders taking Darren McFadden with the fourth pick of the NFL Draft (who says you can't have a dozen RBs on your roster?), WCBias.com covers it all. Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?

We're trying to give people another perspective of West Coast professional and college sports, which sometimes get overlooked by major media members because of the time difference and what some feel is an East Coast Bias toward West Coast sports.

Blogger

What do you blog the most about?

Depends on the season, but mostly about the bigger and more popular programs and teams in California and on the West Coast.

What kind of blogs make you angry?

Poorly run blogs that have bad writing and don't cite their sources.

What are some things you would NEVER blog about?

Victims of serious crimes, such as sex crimes, and other privacy issues.

We just started the site in April 2008.

There are three of four of us who spend about an hour or two a day on it.
