To reach as many prospective and exiting small businesses with help that is relevant to their needs. Provide a central hub of information and links that users will be able to access and find real answers to issues, needs, and for business technical help.
What do you blog the most about?
A lot of blog time spent on business plans, setting goals, business operation tips.
What kind of blogs make you angry?
Blogs that are not relevant to the users needs.

Continuously research new ideas and get them to your users. Stay current on latest trends and business tips. Add new material often. Respond to comments and requests immediately. Thank and always give credit to those who contribute.
What are some things you would NEVER blog about?
Business reorganizations or mergers.
Did you start blogging for the purpose of making money and if so, are you making enough money?
Our primary business is video production. We are a small business that has received a lot of help so we hope to make enough off of advertising to keep the site relevant and to cover operational costs.

About one quarter.

Around 3 to 5 hours when I'm in the office.

We usually track up to four or five.

No, not sure what it is.

Yes, because it gets out to many readers.
What promotional techniques work best for you and why?
We are working on site optimization and getting notes out to colleges and small business resource sites around the country.

http://www.2torialblog.com is very technical with a lot of great tips and I would like to contribute to that group.

Stay active, busy, and dedicated to working on new material and new concepts.
