Sleep paralysis is said to be experienced by most of us at least once in our lifetime but for some it is an enduring torment. The victim experiences physical paralysis whilst being conciously aware whilst often experiencing encounters with unknown entities
Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?
Help and guidance to those who suffer the condition. Provide information and perspectives they may well not find elsewhere. Provide the means to regain control of this part of their life.
What blogging platform do you do and why?
Blogspot - easy quick setup. Good rankings because its google owned.
What do you blog the most about?
Overcomming Fear. People get terrified, so much they avoid sleep to stop it happening to them. If they learn to understand what is happening they can overcome the fear.
What kind of blogs make you angry?
Lol, you guys are a bad tempered lot eh? I've never actually been made angry by a blog! Politicians wind me up.
Give five of your best blogging tips.
1.Make your content the best you can - there's a lot of competition out there! 2.Links from sites/blogs not relevant in content to yours harm your google rankings now so make sure they are related sites. 3.Don't ask me I'm still fairly new to the blogging game. 4.Listen to the veterans 5.Respect your fellow bloggers.
What are some things you would NEVER blog about?
My underground spaceship laboratory, for security purposes, plus people just don't take me seriously when I mention it.
Did you start blogging for the purpose of making money and if so, are you making enough money?
Yes & No I'm not. My first blog, not health related, was for making money and it's maybe made $3 in 2 1/2 months. I think we're all on a wild goose chase on that front.

2 1/2 months.
About how many hours per day do you spend blogging?
1-2hrs a week tops writing posts. About an hour at least a day reading blogs and promoting blogs.
Do you track RSS feeds and if so, how many do you usually track daily?
about 20 now but i won't check em daily, maybe every 2-3 days.
Do you use Digg, and why or why not?
I don't have a spade.
Do you use Stumbleupon, and why or why not?
No never used it. what the point. Twitter is supposed to be amazing but ask people if it actually increased traffic & is it worth the effort and 50% say no.
What promotional techniques work best for you and why?
blogging communities. Everyones there to do the same thing.
If you could post a blog on any blog in the world, which one would it be and why?
Well if I could link it back to me, a popular celeb with lots of traffic who might have a blog. Or if it was a stealth blog on someone else's I'd pick a politicians so I could slate him on his own blog.
What mistakes have you made that you could warn others about?
Thinking one blog will make decent money on its own. You probably need lots, linked together and to your websites if you have any.
