This is to promote our province as well as to experience blogging and SEO so that I could share it with my students.

Wordpress, it is so easy and user friendly, and there are more templates available.

Did you start blogging for the purpose of making money and if so, are you making enough money?

I started blogging because I am teaching IT subjects, and I want to share it with my students together with the SEO. But I am looking forward to earn money out of blogging later.

i am not yet familiar with RSS, but I already created oan RSS feed for my blog.

yes. to promote my blog and get social bookmarking as well as part of SEO.

no... im not yet aware of it...

What promotional techniques work best for you and why?

as of now, directory submission, social bookmarking and email marketing

If you could post a blog on any blog in the world, which one would it be and why?

google..... because they are the one who controls algorithm use by googlebot for SERP.
