Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?
I am trying to reach as many potential consumers and educate them about the various aspects of the real estate purchase process, trends in real estate, and current events pertaining to the real estate industry.
What blogging platform do you do and why?
I use Blogger for the simple fact that is is easy to use and simple.
What do you blog the most about?
Currently I have been blogging about the tax credit available to first-time homebuyers.
What kind of blogs make you angry?
I really have not encountered many that anger me but blogs that belittle others or report inaccurate information.

What are some things you would NEVER blog about?
I would never blog about politics, sex, racism, or hurtful topics.
Did you start blogging for the purpose of making money and if so, are you making enough money?
I guess I blog to make money in a round about way. I sell real estate and want to show that I am an expert in my field and area so potential readers will use me to buy or sell real estate. I have generated a few clients from my blog.

I have been blogging for a little over a year.

1 to 2 hours.

I do not track RSS feeds.

I do not use Digg. I am just now starting to really apply myself to blogging and the tools associated with it.

Do not know what it is.
What promotional techniques work best for you and why?
I link to many area business websites, post on various directories, etc.
If you could post a blog on any blog in the world, which one would it be and why?
I would post on my blog because it is reaching my targeted audience.
What mistakes have you made that you could warn others about?
Take blogging serious and make a real effort at it. Do it 110% or do not do it at all.
