Nonviolent Choice actively fosters the human right, especially but not exclusively women's human right, to voluntarily make nonviolent sexual and reproductive choices--that is, choices other than abortion, and which are in fact vitally necessary to prevent and reduce abortion. We post not only commentaries, but regular action alerts. We have an ever-growing directory of practically oriented resources to help people--including women now in difficult pregnancies-- learn about, exercise, and expand the right of nonviolent choice, for themselves and for others. We are intended for a global audience and welcome and encourage topic, website, action-alert suggestions, and responses from everywhere.

Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?

To provide a "one-stop," nonprofit information service for anyone who seeks to make a better way, right in this moment and in the future, than the setup of abortion-or-ELSE in which so many women and children are unjustly caught throughout the world.

To make peace in the seemingly intractable, increasingly globalizing, woman-versus-fetus abortion war, so that *all* lives can enjoy the respect they each deserve, instead of being pitted against each other to the death.

What kinds of resources do you feature and publicize?

Currently, we post action alerts on our blog, as mentioned, and the website features resources on Male Responsibility, Sexual and Reproductive Health Education, Pregnancy Prevention,Crisis Pregnancy Support, Mother & Child Health, Parenting/Childrearing, Adoption & Foster Care, Other Ways to Give Life, Food & Nutrition, Clothing, Shelter, Finances, Education, Employment/Career, Relationships, & Eco-Friendly Living. We also have a page on Free and Low-Cost Computing and Internet Resources to do our part in bridging the global digital divide.
