Blog's main purpose is to promote green building and construction methods and technologies and as s parallel project - to create a comprehensive Solar Home design concept - a descriptive design concept that would include framing construction to integrate energy conservation and insulation technologies, geothermal and solar technologies, and at the same time the Green Home Design must remain practical and affordable to people looking to build a new home!
Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?
I'm trying to promote the basic ideas that while we can have a comfortable lifestyle, we can also greatly reduce our resources and energy consumption by either changing our habits, getting energy efficient appliances / cars / equipment or both.

Resist, those that are sponsored by oil companies to promote fossil fuel consumption and to bash the renewable energy.

What mistakes have you made that you could warn others about?
Google would not index my WordPress blog for like 6-7 months. In the end it turned out that stupid GoDaddy which has WP as a quick-install apps, automatically disabled google bot caching. Bastards :)
If you have a problem like that, change privacy settings in your WP control panel.
