Green Eggs and Planet is an easy to read green blog, dedicated to providing insight and answers to many questions regarding the environment, nutrition, wellness, health, yoga, fitness, meditation and more. It is our mission at Green Eggs and Planet to create a comprehensive conversation about a holistic program for healthy living, complete mindfulness and greater understanding of life’s most crucial concerns.
Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?
When it makes sense and it’s easy, people will take action. Healthy living makes sense to many, but there are countless others who are waiting for answers before they come aboard. Green Eggs and Planet functions as a place where answers are collected, ideas are researched and proposed and new questions are offered as starting points for intelligent and conscious action.
What blogging platform do you do and why?
Wordpress. Super easy and tons of available plug-ins -- open source is the answer when you can make it work for you.
What do you blog the most about?
The environment; activism; healthy living and eating; trying to adopt a more green, eco-aware lifestyle.

Fresh content matters most -- whatever you do, get a new post up EVERY DAY!

I do -- to build a community around others who spend time investigating interesting material they find on the web.
Do you use Stumbleupon, and why or why not?
I do -- clever and easy, a great way to reach out to others who are interested in similar ideas.
What promotional techniques work best for you and why?
Reaching out directly to other bloggers. I think this keeps things personal and more meaningful -- grass roots works well in the blog-o-sphere, especially for www.greeneggsandplanet.com
What mistakes have you made that you could warn others about?
Don't try to do too much too soon -- keep your integrity high and be patient. Get new stuff up every day and make it interesting, unique and insightful. They will come to read you eventually...
