Born in New Zealand, but have lived in many countries.

Please describe your blog
My main blog at the time of this interview is about spending a year on a farm in New Zealand. We're taking a break from international city living and have moved to the countryside to work on a dairy farm for a year. It involves lots of hard work but the benefits include beautiful views, lots of fresh air, and having a healthy (and fun) environment for our kids.
Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?
I'd like to share some of our unique experiences with other people in the world. Not many of the world's 6+ billion population have the opportunity of living on a clean, green farm in New Zealand.
What blogging platform do you do and why?
I use my own custom blogging platform. Why? I like having full control over every aspect of the blog.
Give five of your best blogging tips.
- Add regular posts - Make each post about something (forget those random gibberish posts) - Include plenty of photos - Keep up with what's going on in your industry/niche, and comment on important events - Try to keep your posts interesting and targeted to your readers
How long have you been blogging?
About a year, but I've been involved in website creation for longer.
About how many hours per day do you spend blogging?
Not enough! There's not much time left for blogging after the day's farm work has been done.
Do you track RSS feeds and if so, how many do you usually track daily?
I track RSS feeds but not on a daily basis.
