Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?

I find that while there are tons of Indian food bloggers out there, and good ones too at that, most of them seem to be written by folks that are well-accomplished as cooks (home cooks or otherwise). I figured my blog is the kind of stuff that I'd want to read about-about cooking, about cooking verbatim from recipes, about my foibles and faux pas and about the food books that I love to read.
