Stocks.Bg publishes analysis, commentary, news and opinions on developments on the Bulgarian stock market.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Bulgaria is an emerging economy in Eastern Europe with a very young stock market. The expected economic growth in the country matches that of many developing and emerging economies around the would in the beginning of the 21st century - China, developing Asia in general, rest of Eastern Europe, Latin America and Africa. Bulgaria has some unique geographic and natural givens that are believed to give a specific boost to the future growth in the country The country is positioned on a crossroad between Europe, Asia, Africa and Russia. The country has a great communication, transport access and potential for an improving one through land, sea and air. The country has a very diverse set of natural resources - land around seas, rivers, mountains and agri land. The stock market of Bulgaria is regulated in a very modern manner and access is given to international investors to participate. Coverage of the stock market till now has been limited to mainly Bulgarian language and Stocks.Bg is trying to supplement the English coverage.

We specialize in English language coverage of the Bulgarian stock market developments.

Make the site a popular reading for investors interested in Bulgarian public equity.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We dedicate time to research unique situations for the investor and spend the time to write about them. The interest of our readers is our reward.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
We would make is easier for multiple writers to collaborate in our publication. We will turn the site in to more of a online magazine type rather than just textual analysis articles.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes. We are ready to invest in website infrastructure to support that.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
We do not think we had much of unexpected issues till now. We are happy with how our site is hosted and developed so ...
What has been your biggest challenge?
Trying to make our site more visible for interested readers.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Google Ads has been. Also directory listing.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Demand for time and effort to write interesting articles is huge.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
