BOXING CHRONICLES is a blog that covers boxing's biggest and most significant news, as well as this fanatic's observations, analysis, and previews of fights. This page, which also has on online store in association with Amazon.com, also covers my views on the politics of boxing as well as the athletes and events.
Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?
I would like to bring the sport of boxing closer to the mainstream audience. Boxing is one of the more underappreciated sports today and I believe it needs more attention. The last couple of years have really produced some sensational and memorable matches!
What do you blog the most about?
The sweet science, the sport of boxing.
What kind of blogs make you angry?
Confusing blogs without any topic or with meaningless content. Blogs that contain spam.
What are some things you would NEVER blog about?
pornography, depressing news.
Did you start blogging for the purpose of making money and if so, are you making enough money?
Money is a major purpose behind my blogging, or at least my attempts to make extra money, but that is really a bonus rather than my primary reason. My passion for the sport of boxing is great and I would like to show the world how much I know about it by demonstrating my fanaticism and discussing boxers, significant boxing matches, and the politics of the sport.
How long have you been blogging?
I have been blogging for quite a few years, but BOXING CHRONICLES is less than a year old.
About how many hours per day do you spend blogging?
Maybe a half hour or so, depends on how much I have to post or discuss with the public.
What promotional techniques work best for you and why?
Advertisements, submitting my blog to as many directories as possible because that create a greater attraction as well as a greater amount of viewers to my page.
