Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?
I am trying to provide the information that is difficult to find for a beginner in antiques.
What blogging platform do you do and why?
Wordpress ( self hosted) - its very flexible and I want to be independant
What do you blog the most about?
Jewellery, small decorative antiques and colelctables. I am trying to organise my blogging into daily categories

Write what you know and love - its easiest that way
What are some things you would NEVER blog about?
Personal stuff - my private life would be quite boring!
Did you start blogging for the purpose of making money and if so, are you making enough money?
My blog is not directly to make money but it does have likes to my website shop http://www.antiquesavenue.co.uk and yes I do get traffic that way
How long have you been blogging?
2 years but only seriously for the last 3 months
About how many hours per day do you spend blogging?
2 hours but that has included developing the site - hopefully about and hour a day from now on
Do you track RSS feeds and if so, how many do you usually track daily?
Yes I track about three on the key word "Antiques" - you can see them on my site
Do you use Digg, and why or why not?
Yes - hopefully it will bring in a new audience. I should use it more often
Do you use Stumbleupon, and why or why not?
Not yet - I havnt explored it but thats on my TODO list
What promotional techniques work best for you and why?
Google - seems to send me the most hits. I have lots of " Long tail " keywords that are quite rare else where.
If you could post a blog on any blog in the world, which one would it be and why?
Hufffington post - why settle for anything but the best
What mistakes have you made that you could warn others about?
Started out on blogger - so inflexible
Have you met anyone offline as a result of your blog?
NO
Do you invite guest posters to write a blog entry?
Yes, If you have a serious and relevant article please do contact me . If you can write 300 to 500 words about an antique or vitnage subject I will be happy to publish it and let you include 2 links to your site.
